How do I buy Coffee?

You can also make a wire transfer by asking us our banking information.

How does Tacita de Cafe pack the coffee?

We use the traditional Polypropylene (PP) Lined Tin Tie Paper Coffee Bags, that are friendly with the environment.

Moreover, you´ll be able to choose one of our Original Premium bags, which are painted by Costarrican Artists. You can further frame those acrylic paintings and keep them as beautiful souvenirs!

How is the order shipped?

Our coffee is roasted the day before shipping, and then we take care of the shipping process by choosing the best Door to Door carriers like Fedex, UPS, IBC and DHL. We are fully responsible of the shipping method and all our shipments are totally covered by insurance.

When does my order arrive?

By the time you place your order, we need 2 extra days to roast and prepare the coffee. After that, you can expect your order to arrive within 7 business days from the day it was shipped.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, and we will take care of the follow up of the shipping process.

Should I choose whole bean or ground coffee?

No doubt it is always better to purchase whole beans and grind them immediately before brewing. if you don´t have a Grinder, don´t worry about it, write us and we´ll help you with that!

How much coffee should I use to get a perfect cup?

Use more or less one tablespoon of ground coffee for each six ounces of water.
